ABOUT / THE PROJECT / project proposal
Lebanon 3.0 brings together a governance proposal, the NEXUS platform in development, and people willing to examine what a more participatory future could require.
Lebanon 3.0 asks whether people can shape more accountable ways to make decisions, coordinate shared work, and participate across borders—without assuming the answer or the implementation is already settled.
The Decentralized, Borderless, Voluntary Nation (DBVN) is the central proposal. It is not a recognized state, a replacement passport, or a system that can guarantee legal, political, or economic outcomes.
The project's work is to make the proposal specific enough to challenge: explain its principles, identify risks and unresolved questions, and develop NEXUS as an early technical exploration. Participation is voluntary; no membership or public service is being offered here.
A design goal: make rules and decisions understandable and open to scrutiny.
The proposal includes Lebanese people in the country and across the diaspora, without making residence the only form of participation.
People should understand the rules and choose whether to participate. The practical and legal details remain part of the work.
Two connected projects
NEXUS is the governance platform in development. This website describes the proposal and links to the project's source; the citizen portal remains an early prototype.
Chronos Codex remains on its own subdomain as the separate home for the book. This website links to it rather than reproducing its book content.
